3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from users.

1. Member information: Until membership withdrawal
2. Payment information: Retained for 5 years in accordance with relevant laws
   • Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
   • Electronic Financial Transactions Act: 5 years
3. Service usage records: 1 year after membership withdrawal

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.

1. When the user has given prior consent
2. When required by law or requested by investigative agencies through procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes

• Items provided: Email, name, payment information
• Purpose of use: Payment processing and subscription management
• Retention period: According to Paddle.com policy

5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

The Company may entrust the processing of personal information when necessary for service provision.

6. Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, the Company shall destroy such personal information without delay.

A. Destruction Procedure

Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed.

B. Destruction Method

• Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent record reproduction.
• Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Users may exercise the following rights regarding personal information protection at any time.

• All passwords are processed with one-way encryption (bcrypt)
• Database connection information is encrypted with AES-256
• Data transmission encryption via SSL/TLS
• Regular security inspections and updates

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025. In case of additions, deletions, or corrections of changes according to laws and policies, we will notify you through announcements at least 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
