3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from users.

  2. Payment information: Retained for 5 years in accordance with relevant laws
    • Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
    • Electronic Financial Transactions Act: 5 years
  3. Service usage records: 1 year after membership withdrawal

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.

  2. When required by law or requested by investigative agencies through procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes

6. Destruction of Personal Information

A. Destruction Procedure

Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed.

B. Destruction Method

  • Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent record reproduction.
  • Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
