2. Free Trial Period

  • We offer a 7-day free trial to all new subscribers.
  • During the free trial period, you can use all features without restrictions.
  • No charges will be incurred during the free trial period.
  • If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, no fees will be charged.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: When duplicate payment occurs due to system error
  • Erroneous payment: When charged for an unintended plan (request within 7 days)

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds may be limited in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the first payment (except for special circumstances such as service outages)
  • Service usage has been suspended due to violation of terms of service
  • Usage-based fees (such as query execution costs) are non-refundable for already consumed portions
  • Purchases made through promotions or discounts (unless otherwise specified)

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

If the Company terminates the service, we will provide 30 days advance notice and issue a full refund for the remaining subscription period.

In case of price increases, existing customers will maintain the current price until their next renewal date. If you do not agree with the price increase, you may cancel your subscription.

In cases where the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or government regulations, we will provide a refund or period extension for the time the service was unavailable.
