AutoQuery Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions of use, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of AutoQuery (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the automated database query service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the automated database query and reporting platform provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who receive the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a user who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.
- "Organization" refers to the basic unit of service use, consisting of one or more members.
- "Subscription" refers to a paid contract for regular use of the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily access them.
- The Company may revise these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws.
- When the Company revises the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for revision along with the current Terms at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Database connection and management
- SQL query template creation and execution
- Automated query scheduling
- Result data export (CSV, Excel)
- Integration with external services such as Slack
- In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for regular system maintenance, expansion, or replacement.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form provided by the Company and expressing their agreement to these Terms.
- The Company may refuse to accept applications in the following cases:
- Using another person's identity
- Providing false information
- Other cases where registration significantly interferes with the Company's service operations
Article 6 (Subscription and Fees)
- The Service offers a free trial period (7 days).
- To continue using the Service after the free trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
- Subscription fees are as follows:
- Basic Plan: $49/month (base fee) + $0.20 per query execution
- Pro Plan: Contact us
- Enterprise Plan: Contact us
- Subscription fees are charged automatically each month, with the billing date based on the initial subscription date.
Article 7 (Privacy Protection)
- The Company values users' personal information and complies with relevant laws including data protection regulations.
- The Company's Privacy Policy is separately established and posted within the Service.
- The Company encrypts and securely stores users' database connection information.
Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing others' information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by the Company
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
- Publicly disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages or other information contrary to public morals
- Reselling the Service for commercial purposes
- Executing malicious SQL queries or other actions that burden the system
Article 9 (Service Usage Restrictions)
- The Company may restrict Service usage if a user violates the obligations in these Terms or interferes with normal Service operations.
- The Company may restrict Service usage without prior notice in the following cases:
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Unauthorized access to others' databases
- Unauthorized distribution of information obtained through the Service
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is exempt from liability for Service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent circumstances.
- The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
- The Company is not liable for the results of queries executed by users through the Service or any resulting damages.
- The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by users on the Service.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- In principle, disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
- If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Article 12 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws or customary practices.
These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025.
